A list of common questions and our responses to help you navigate through the website and order your custom goodies. 

How long do orders take to complete?

All orders take 3-5 days to complete, after which the order will be handed over to the Courier for shipping. At this point you will receive a tracking link from the courier regarding your order.

How long does shipping take?

Unfortunately we don't have any control over that, and it depends on where you are situated. We are based in Cape Town, so Cape Town orders are normally delivered within 1-2 days of handing over the couriers, but the delivery is dependent on the couriers.

Who do you use for delivery?

You'll see a Pudo and a door-to-door option at checkout.

The Pudo option refers to delivery between Pudo lockers (you'll see them at petrol stations, malls etc.) Both options are via the Courier Guy.

How much does delivery cost?

For delivery to Pudo locker it's R65 and R90 for delivery to your door, but FREE for all orders over R750. :)Delivery is available nationwide.

I have a custom design request but I don't see that type of offering on the website. Can I request it?

Sure! Please feel free to add your details and comment/request via the "Contact Us" section and provide your contact details.

We will review the request and confirm if we are able to create the requested order.

Are any of the stickers water resistant?

Absolutely. You'll see "water resistant" being offered on some of the stickers, and that is a water resistant vinyl sticker that is incredibly durable, and can be used on water bottles, containers etc.

However you must wait approximately 48 hours before exposing the sticker to water.

I need help with my design. Do you offer design services?

We offer design services for weddings, events etc. When you order stickers, you'll find a checkbox that refers to a "design fee" - that's a flat rate that we charge on our orders to help you with the design.

We don't create business logos from scratch, however we do offer design services to update the logo e.g. to add wording, to turn the logo into a thank you sticker etc.

Help! I need an order for the next day. Can I order today and get it tomorrow?

We don't usually take such last minute requests, however we hate to see our clients stressing. If you need a super last minute order, fill in the contact details and indicate it in your comment.

We monitor our emails regularly and we will reach out (usually via Whatsapp) to determine if we can complete the order and confirm the next steps.

What are your mugs made of?

All mugs are ceramic and have a special sublimation coating that allows us to create the design and print the ink designs on them.

This means they are dishwasher-friendly and will last many washes.
